1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We want you to purchase your original Vietnamese Artwork knowing you will be fully satisfied.
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, simply notify Art Of Hanoi Gallery within ten (10) days from the receipt of the Work(s) of Art by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org of any intended return. You may return any Work(s) of Art acquired for a complete refund, provide that:
- The Work(s) of Art shall be returned in same condition received and within ten (10) days from the date of notification of such return.
- You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to Art Of Hanoi Gallery, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
2. SHIPPING & HANDLING
For all countries, we will be happy to supply you with a shipping quote for any Work of Art. Just e-mail the address of the final destination to email@example.com and include information regarding the Work(s) of Art of interest.
Vietnamese Customers- FREE- No duty costs apply!
US Customers: In order for US customs to release your shipment into the US a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required. We cannot anticipate any additional fees individual states may require for web purchases after the fact.
Other Countries: Most nations allow the importation of original art work without duty. If unsure, check with your Country's Duty officer.
Art Of Hanoi Gallery uses local credit card processing of Visa and Master Card, bank money transfer or money order for payments.
Art Of Hanoi Gallery will confirm the purchase price paid matches our records (master price list) prior to shipment. In the unusual event of a discrepancy, the purchaser will be fully refunded.
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
Art Of Hanoi Gallery does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
